Thermal Scan
Our Thermal Scan adds an extra layer of inspection that cannot be achieved through a standard visual check alone.
Using a professional thermal imaging camera, we scan accessible areas of the property to identify unusual temperature patterns that may indicate areas requiring closer attention.
This can provide valuable additional insight into the condition and performance of your new home and may help highlight concerns that would otherwise remain hidden during a conventional inspection.
The Thermal Scan is designed as an enhanced screening service and is included as part of our inspection package. Where more detailed investigation or analysis is required, we also offer a separate Full Thermal Imaging Survey.
